Service: Digistartti
Service provider: AI Velho Oy, Business ID 3616261-8, auxiliary business name Digistartti
Address: Kravatti 6, 90830 Haukipudas, Finland

Version: 2.1
Effective: from 18 May 2026
1. Parties and scope
These Terms of Service form an agreement between the Digistartti service and its subscriber. The service is provided by AI Velho Oy (Business ID 3616261-8), whose registered auxiliary business name is Digistartti.
By subscribing to the service, creating an account or continuing to use the service, the customer accepts these terms. The terms apply to all parts of the Digistartti service unless separate terms provide otherwise.
2. Service description
Digistartti is a digital publishing platform for Finnish entrepreneurs. The customer completes an onboarding form, based on which Digistartti produces and maintains a digital foundation for the customer.
Depending on the subscription tier, the service may include:
- a website
- a logo
- a QR code and shareable link image shown for example on social media (OG image)
- a Digistartti subdomain, such as yourcompany.digistartti.fi, or your own .fi domain
- automatic updating of basic Google Business Profile information through Digistartti
- a booking application
- a customer register and contact tracking (CRM)
- an invoicing tool
- analytics and other functions mentioned in the service description
The service is provided as is. Digistartti does not provide customer-specific customisation unless separately agreed in writing.
.fi domain in the Pro subscription
The Pro subscription may include one .fi domain registered for your company's use. The domain is always registered to the actual holder, meaning you or your company, not in the service provider's name.
You confirm that you provide accurate and up-to-date holder and contact details for domain registration, that you have the right to register the selected domain, and that the domain does not infringe another protected name or trademark.
We act as a domain registrar when we register, renew or manage a .fi domain on your behalf. The Pro subscription monthly price includes one .fi domain as long as the Pro subscription is active. Digistartti handles ordinary annual renewal during an active Pro subscription unless otherwise stated in the service.
If the Pro subscription ends or you switch away from the Pro subscription, the domain is not automatically deleted. We will guide you to transfer the domain to another registrar or agree on continuation before we make irreversible changes.
You can request transfer of the domain to another user, termination or change of registrar by contacting support. Before making the change, we verify that the requester has the right to act on behalf of the domain holder.
3. Subscriber and account use
The service may be subscribed to by an adult natural person, a sole trader or a legal entity carrying on business in Finland.
The customer is responsible for:
- the accuracy of account details
- keeping company information up to date
- protecting login credentials
- all activity taking place on the account
- ensuring that material entered into the service is lawful
The customer may have only one account per company unless Digistartti approves another arrangement.
4. Payment terms
The service is a continuous monthly subscription without a fixed term. The subscription begins when the customer accepts the onboarding form and the subscription is activated.
The subscription is billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee. Prices include value added tax unless otherwise stated.
The payment service provider is Mollie B.V. Payments are processed through the Mollie B.V. payment service. Mollie acts as an independent controller for payment data and processes payments under its own terms. Digistartti does not store card data.
If payment fails, Digistartti sends a reminder. The service may be suspended if payment is not made within 14 days of the due date. Late-payment interest is determined under the Finnish Interest Act.
5. Cancellation, termination and pausing
The customer may terminate the subscription at any time from the dashboard or by email to [email protected]. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The first subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. During the guarantee period, the customer may request a refund if the service does not substantially correspond to the promised service description.
Paid periods are not refunded after the 30-day money-back guarantee unless the refund is based on a material change to Digistartti's terms or a material failure to deliver the service.
The customer may request pausing the subscription from customer support. A pause is not an automatic right, but Digistartti handles pause requests reasonably.
Digistartti may terminate the service with 30 days' notice. Serious breach of the terms, prohibited use, non-payment or a security threat may lead to immediate suspension or termination.
6. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for:
- unlawful activity
- spam, phishing or fraudulent communications
- publishing offensive, discriminatory or hate-speech material
- infringing third-party intellectual property rights
- automated scraping, overloading or disruption of the service
- misleading or fraudulent invoicing
- distributing malware, unauthorised tracking or other harmful activity
Digistartti may remove material, suspend an account or terminate the agreement if the service is used contrary to these terms.
7. Customer responsibility for data
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the service, including:
- company name, Business ID, address and VAT details
- service descriptions, prices and marketing claims
- billing addresses and recipient details
- invoice contents and VAT treatment
- data published to Google Business Profile
Digistartti does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice. The invoicing tool is a software tool, not an accounting service. The customer is responsible for the correctness of invoices, tax treatment and accounting.
8. Intellectual property rights
The customer owns the material uploaded to the service and the website texts, logos and images produced by the service for the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party terms.
The customer grants Digistartti the right to use customer content for producing, maintaining, securing and technically developing the service.
The Digistartti platform, its software code, user interface, structure, templates, automations and production processes are the property of Digistartti or its licensors.
9. Google Business Profile integration
If the customer connects their Google Business Profile account to Digistartti, the customer authorises Digistartti to read and update their Google Business Profile to provide the service.
Digistartti may read from Google Business Profile the company name, address, category, opening hours, images and reviews. Digistartti may write to the profile the website address, company description and service content based on information provided by the customer.
The customer may disconnect the connection in Digistartti settings or revoke access in the Google Account security settings. Disconnecting may prevent Google Business Profile synchronisation.
10. Privacy and data processing agreement
Processing of personal data is described in Digistartti's privacy policy at https://digistartti.fi/tietosuojaseloste.
Digistartti acts as controller for its own customers' account data. Digistartti acts as processor when it processes, on behalf of the customer, data concerning the customer's end users, CRM contacts, invoice recipients or Google Business Profile profile.
The data processing agreement (DPA) is part of the customer agreement to the extent Digistartti processes personal data on behalf of the customer.
11. Security
Digistartti uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the service and personal data. The customer is responsible for the security of their own login credentials and devices.
The customer must report any observed security issues without delay to [email protected] or [email protected].
12. Service availability and changes
Digistartti aims to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may have maintenance breaks, third-party service outages or disruptions.
Digistartti may change the service, add features, remove features or change the user interface. Material changes that weaken the customer's key rights or change pricing will be announced at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
13. Limitation of liability
Digistartti is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost revenue, reputational damage, loss of data, business interruption or third-party service outages.
Digistartti is not liable for inaccuracies in data entered by the customer, content published by the customer, tax errors, accounting errors or the customer's own data protection obligations toward their end customers.
Digistartti's total liability to the customer is limited to an amount equal to the monthly fees paid by the customer during the previous 12 months. The limitation of liability does not limit liability to the extent liability cannot be limited by law.
14. End of agreement and deletion of data
Data portability
When the agreement ends, the customer may request an export package containing available company profile data, website content, images, logos, invoice data and other customer data in a machine-readable format (JSON or ZIP).
Digistartti provides the export package within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days of the request.
Data is deleted from the service after the agreement ends according to the retention periods described in the privacy policy. Statutory accounting and invoicing data is retained for the period required by law.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation. If no settlement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the Helsinki District Court. A customer in consumer status may have the right to bring the matter before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
